Informative and helpful!

The author has provided information and advice for those people who want to like the science-based approach to healthy eating and weight loss. The author has discussed the results of natural weight loss thoughtfully. I am thinking of switching to a plant-based diet as a way of life as so many of my friends are raving about it, I hope to lose a few pounds but hopefully, feel better and healthier!
The author explains how through explaining the history and science behind the way people eat mostly plant-based foods as a lifestyle choice and not a fad diet.
The author has provided some great recipes for you to try to help you get started. If you are interested in making healthy choices for easy weight loss then this book is for you!

Great Insight on a Plant Based Diet

This step-by-step guide is an excellent introduction to a healthy diet. I learned more ways to incorporate protein and enrich my body with the proper vitamins and minerals to function optimally.
Overall this is a fantastic book; I recommend this to everyone from vegans, vegetarians, and even meat eaters. If you want to improve your health, this book is key!

A Positive Change

This book does a very good job to educate and guide you, even if just beginning. It discusses the science behind a plant based diet and myths that you should avoid. You can personalize to your needs and preferences. Anti-inflammatory substances like fruits, nuts, fish and spices are preferred. You can improve both mentally and physically. It can be therapeutic and not only about weight loss. You will be well informed in the lifestyle decisions you make for this positive change.

Perfect for a first timer

To be honest, having a plant-based diet is not what I see myself adopting. BUT, after listening to this book, I feel motivated, empowered, and informed about its many benefits of it.I am definitely more of them to my current diet!

To attract positivity in your life!

I recently started a plant-based weight loss program, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The program is centered around a whole-foods, plant-based diet, and encourages the consumption of plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. The program also emphasizes regular exercise and stress-reduction techniques, such as meditation and yoga.

Useful and delicious

Before this book my familiarity with plant-based diets was basically just that I know I should eat vegetables. I had no idea how extremely healthy it could be, not just for weight loss, but for overall health. And it actually tastes good! These recipes are different than what I would normally eat, but I think I’ve found some new favorites.

Ready to get started

I've struggled with the decision to leave meat alone for good. This is a great guide for me. It's loaded with great info on how and why to get started with a plant-based diet. I'm loving the recipes in this book. The narrator was fantastic and thorough the entire book. Can't wait to get started, but taking baby steps lol.
