I'm No Expert At Golf
I'm no expert at golf, though I do have relative that is big into the sport. Golf is a bit too slow for my liking, but my personal beliefs about it are neither here nor there. As with any sport that one has to practice at and prepare themselves for physically, there is always the mental aspect that should never be taken for granted. Since golf has the best of both, this is book is a listen that should be recommended for those with a desire to excel in the activity. The affirmations that are contained will be very helpful in building optimism, hope, and confidence.
