Believe it works and it will.

It's not just about golf, but if you are a golfer it helps you comprehend how to use the tools in other parts of your everyday life. Greatness is a matter of the mind.

The narrative and mindset serves a golfer well.

Regain your joy and focus; less is much more, including enjoying the recovery from failure. The book does help the average golfer think about their approach and mindset. All of these kinds of books try to build credibility by name dropping, but, the approach is good.

Really good book on the psychology of golf

Really interesting book. He talks mostly about the psychology of golf. I’ve struggled to find a concrete plan of action to get my handicap down and this is as close as I can find. The books main goal is to get your handicap down, and how to compete in tournaments. Some really good points, been playing for years and this is fresh new content. Can’t believe I didn’t listen to this audiobook sooner.
