Publisher's summary

In Far-Seer and Fossil Hunter, we met the Quintaglios, a race of intelligent dinosaurs from Earth and learned of the threat to their very existence. Now they must quickly advance from a culture equivalent to our Renaissance to the point where they can leave their planet.

While the Quintaglios rush to develop space travel, the discovery of a second species of intelligent dinosaur rocks their most fundamental beliefs. Meanwhile, blind Afsan - the dinosaurian Galileo - undergoes the newfangled treatment of psychoanalysis, throwing everything he thought he knew about his violent people into a startling new light.

Amazing!! I LOVED ITTT

I never thought I would take this series seriously. Oliver Wyman does an incredible job too. This series has been quite the trip for me. and there is some foreshadowing in the series that I absolutely love to. The characters flesh out amazingly throughout the series. I only wish that more people could see this amazing series

A Rocky but amazing end to an amazing series

It's a bit slow at the start in some of the plotlines, but once it gets going it strides with grace right up to a bittersweet, but awe inspiring end

I enjoyed the first two novels but this last one was best by far

What a great ending to a wonderful series. I had my doubts , it looked sort of silly the premise of intelligent dinosaurs but the author pulled it off. Fantastic character development and plot.

Best of the series

It's a deep dive, a what if dinosaurs had an intelligent civilization. Excellent storytelling weaving multiple threads together into an epic saga.

Just not for me

Well it finally happened: A found a Robert Sawyer Book that I didn’t like. I’m glad the series is over, I’m looking forward to getting back to his always excellent, never disappointing, more modern works.
