Impressive Bundle!
What did you love best about Extreme Weight Loss?
I loved the collection of sessions that really dig deep into the psyche in terms of losing weight and even the challenges of losing weight in the first place. It did feel like a mind hack in some ways and I enjoyed the process of reaching a relaxed state before each hypnosis was delivered.
