Very informative

Though I do NOT condone Hypnotherapy,This book is well audibled and has all the usual good, loving, capable, confident and positive affirmations you would expect on the weight loss area.

A restful nights sleep with added gains

I was always weary of hypnotherapy to lose weight, however, I thought I would give it a try as I have been experimenting with some other sleeping aids as well. I have found that I have been less likely to overeat, and give in to sugary sweets since listening to this audiobook at night. Highly recommended 5/5

This book is indeed helpful in assisting anyone in losing weight. The ideas shared are practical and it is inspiring. I find this resource very useful, and now I am more determined to get to my desired weight while raising my awareness.

Interesting!

As I am carrying a few extra pounds I was curious to see if the techniques in this book would work for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I explored the content. It talks about mindset, self-love and breathing. I've had the book for a week and though I don't know if I've lost the pounds, I can say it's helping me sleep and I feel better in my body and mind. The aura is very relaxing and I am able to focus on the affirmations until I nod off.

It's worth a try if you'd like to review your relationship with food or if you're having trouble sleeping.

Worth a try!

I got this to try and see if it would help me get to sleep faster with the added gain of maybe losing a few pounds. I have to say that after a week of using it, I am sleeping better. The relaxing background music and the narrator's voice are very helpful in working the stress out of my day. I think all of the weight loss affirmations must be working on some level. I find that I'm starting to look more closely at what I eat anyway. Overall it's a great way to fall asleep at night, and I think it is worth a try for everyone who wants to fall asleep easier, destress after the day, and maybe take a few pounds off as a side effect. Loved it!

SWEET DREAMS!!

I have been dealing with sleeping issues, so I thought to try Sleep Affirmations. This listen is genuinely unique in how calming these affirmations are for me. The affirmations are world-class - very visual, relaxing, and very effective. It is a calming listen and a bonus if you can lose weight at the same time!

An often ignored aspect

Many of us, when wanting to lose weight, only focus on our eating patterns and exercise. What we also need to be focusing on is what this book awesomely explains.

Spread some of your focus to getting rid of negativity and adding positive weight loss thoughts into your day.

Did not realize how powerful affirmations are

This audiobook is a great addition to my weight loss and healthy living journey. I didn't realize that most of my eating was tied to an emotion. I am what you call an "emotional eater". These sleep affirmations really are amazing. Believe it or not since I stopped eat the junk foods, I have had more energy, my mind is clearer. I recommend this book to anyone thatbis ready to live a healthier life or just want to lose weight. This is a great Starting Point for you. Do not wait until tomorrow to better yourself, I hope everyone find success your whatever their health goals may be. This audiobook is a great listen.

Great alternative to try!

If you have tried everything to lose weight but nothing has worked, this book might be the solution. The meditations are built in such a way that you first release the tension in your mind about your self and begin walking the path of healing and restoration toward the new you that you want to be.
