Complete program....Tremendous book !!!!

This is the most complete fitness book i have ever listened to, and i have listened to dozens. As a life long fitness enthusiast Tom covers all the bases and explains in detail how to increase fitness, increase strength, get lean, and overall build a better body. He simplifies it for you truly understand how your body works, what will change it, and all aspects of nutrition. I particularly enjoyed how many calories i need to lose, maintain, and grow, my BMR, body fat percentage, etc. This book has everything and what most others are missing. If you really want to understand it all get this book. The only difference i do is intermittent fasting and do not eat the many small meals.... I find it easier and it works fopr me.

Everything you need to know in one book

Great book. No nonsense fact based theory for every level. This is the first book I would recommend to anyone trying to learn about getting fit. It covers all the basics and more. The nutrition section is my favorite.
Nice PDF as a bonus too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, easy to grasp.

Author does a great job of emphasizing the best techniques for fat loss. Calorie deficit is so important!!

For overweight people

I would not recommend this for skinny fat people or muscular people with a little belly fat. This audiobook is for heavy set individuals.
The book definitely focuses more on losing fat than building muscle. It’s not 50/50

Full of great advice! Totally worth it!!!

At times this can be repetitive and the first two chapters are a bore but once you get past them the book is full of really sound advice. It is probably the best fitness/diet book I have ever read and I have read a LOT. I have recommended this book to several people it is great!

Where does Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I really enjoyed listening to the book. It wasn't too scientific but touched on just enough of what was necessary to understand the concepts. Have to ready!

Why didn’t I read this book 10 years ago!?

This book is filled with great information, but the GEM that stands out is how to train your subconscious. I see why the author puts such an emphasis on it. DO NOT SKIP THIS SECTION OF THE BOOK.

Life changing

Tom has it down! The 4 Elements are key to success. Most weightloss books only hit on one or two, but how Tom gets these across as essential is life changing. I have read many many books in this genre. What sets this apart is the mental training. Tom doesn't leave any question unanswered.

Must Have for anyone in Fitness

Would you listen to Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle again? Why?

Yes, I've read multiple times, and listened to it now for the first time. It just has all the basics you need to know to succeed if you really want to. The explanations are simple and concise.

Any additional comments?

Even if you listen to the first few chapters, you'll get so much out of it. It's recommended for everyone pro to newbie. If a beginner you should listen all the way through.
