I’m ready to heal
I’ve really been interested in learning more about the idea of using shadow work to help myself heal from some of the difficulties that I’ve experienced in the past. The thing I loved most about this book is that it didn’t contain a bunch of fluff. It was educational and it contained practical exercises that I believe can make a difference even if you had a difficult childhood.

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook because in addition to introducing you to what the self is and how the shadow is generated with easy to understand explanations, it includes a lot of practical breathing and mindfulness exercises among others that help in the journey of introspection.
