More travel, guide than medical mystery

Story moved very, very slowly. Too much emphasis on the main character and her travels and her past. Kept waiting for the medical part and the mystery part. Those were only about 20% of the whole storyline.

The computer generated voice was monotonous with little inflection. Hard to get interested in.
