Just the book I needed to read

It’s basically exactly the way I have always felt about developing stash, but it’s explained in a way that makes it a useful tool to visualize when thinking about people. And that’s very helpful for me. Thank you for writing this Whitney, my staff and I appreciate it :-)

Some interesting points but only few

I guess this book is not going deeper enough in the HR subject.

Prefer more inspirational like No rules rules about Netflix vision of the HR.

Decent one

One major theme across the book. Quite insightful. The narration was bit too fast for my liking though. And the content of the book probably isn’t too well suited to an audio book.
