very good

Love this rain theme, so calming just for its background, but the meditation is very good and helps reconnect the mind and body. Nice way to check in with yourself.

Great way to check in with your body

I felt I got a thorough mental check of my body, consciously noticing everything and reconnecting to my physical self. It's very pleasant and made me feel more connected to my body.

nice method of checking in with the body

I enjoyed going through the process of checking in with my physical self and understanding more about where I am in the present moment. That's a good thing to do that I don't often make time for, I'm glad I did this time.

I like the techniques here

This has been a nice way to check in with my body and get in touch with my physical self, becoming more aware of the connection between my mental and physical self. Great audio. :)

An ok track, repeats 9 times.

Repeats itself with each of 9 chapters. mainly for use with biofeedback equipment. different audio background with each track.

Ripoff!!!

The 30 minute meditation is really 15 minutes only and the other 15min are the rain sound.
All of the meditations have exactly the same audio but they change the sound of the rain.
