Perfect for Relaxing and Finding Your Center

Would you listen to Guided Meditation: Learn How to Relax While Living in the Moment again? Why?

I would certainly listen to this guided meditation session again, and plan on it every day. I needed an easy way to calm my nerves and relax, and I've found it. This was an easy listen that instructs you along the way for the whole guided meditation session.

Any additional comments?

I consider this audiobook a "life hack" for a few reasons:

1: It makes it easy to meditate in your home without the need for anything but your headphones and smart phone.
2: I've never found it particularly easy to relax, but this session made it fool-proof. With the gentle voice guiding you, the sounds of nature, the ambient and calming music - you can't help but relax.
3: It gives you plenty of time to find your center, which is great for people like me who need a lot of time to unwind or find peace of mind. I feel like I have a million thoughts running through my head every hour, and this session really forced me to just spend time with my body and mind without thinking about outside responsibilities.

I really enjoyed this guided meditation session and highly recommend it.
