I Appreciate This!
It is so easy for me to slip into a relationship that is pretty much without boundaries. I am in the process of learning to maintain my personal limits while creating healthier healthy relationships. This audiobook gave me clear ways for boosting my self-esteem and communicating my boundaries,

It tell you how to tailor it to you relationship, your work place and your personal space. You also are informed as to how manipulation can take shape in oder to invade your boundaries.
