Straight to the quick and spot-on!

I could not have come across this book at a better time. Within the first hour of listening, I have already learned so much about my procrastination habits. The book breaks down the different types of procrastinators, the various whys of doing it, and also explains much about the consequences of such. Truly helpful insights that meet you in the here and now, without judgement, and reminds you to start with self-compassion and that moving forward, action can be as doable as a five-minute focus to start. A hardcover would be great for a reference resource. Very useful information!

Encourages good habit forming
