Attachment Theory Explained is Self - Help!

If you have ever suffered from a broken or impaired relationship this book is for you! Especially if you are in the early parts of your life. Des Jeffery does a terrific job of articulating attachment styles in a manner that will not only assist you with looking in the mirror, but will also help you understand the make up of others who play significant roles in your life. I found the portions of the book that were dedicated to conflict resolution to be of particular value. Developing enhanced understanding and carrying it to the work place is a wonderful addition to the leadership tool kits of everyone. This book is a winner that offers value to all of us!
