Extremely Helpful! Thank you!

The author does a great job of defining and explaining these topics in a way that is clear and concise. Even though it talks about difficult topics, the author makes it clear that there is hope for a better future and maps out a way to get there.

A must read for anyone!

I have an anxious attachment and have read a few books on the subject.
This book covered the anxious attachment style with a matter of fact tone that I found informative and helpful. The author did not make me feel bad for having this attachment style but provided a great deal of empathy, kindness and useful information.
Most importantly I was able to use what I learned to help my relationships and understand myself better.

Definitely a 10/10 and highly recommend!

Easy to understand and apply content

I am coming out of a 23 year marriage that I have been incredibly committed and attached to. In some other readings. About narcissism, trauma and healing, I came across attachment theory and it was eye opening. I researched where I could learn more. This has been an eye opening book for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about relationship dynamics.

Spot On!

I didn't know what to except from this book since I've read other articles lacking substance. However, this book was a quick listen and made me understand my attachment style in full depth. I have already recommended this book/audible to my friends. But I've started taking the steps to seek a therapist to address my attachment style.
