Love the yoga and instructors but what’s with the synthesizer music?
Everything about this series is fantastic except the background 1980s synthesized music. It’s hard to tune it out.

Great way to start the day!
Nice 30 min session for those with basic vinyasa knowledge. Good directional queuing. Like a good yoga teacher should you can take the class even if you can only hear them and not see them.

Relaxing but also a workout
His voice, cadence and direction were the perfect speed and level. I actually like the audio yoga bc I don't have to crane my neck to watch the instructor on my screen. Thank you Pete for a nice morning routine. You almost lost me at holding my breath for ten seconds, but I surprised myself!
