pretty good read
A bargain to get 3 novels for the price of one-a little slow at times but worth continuing on.

Narrator's voice does not match the character
The narrator sounds well over 60 although the character he is narrating is supposedly in his 30's(?).
Very distracting to listen to someone who doesn't really suit the character.
The first story was okay. The second a bit better. May or may not listen to the third.

The 3 book deal is a great bargain
I was a little concerned that these books would seem dated. However, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the stories and the narration. I wish audible would offer these bundled deals more often.

Performance Odd
Great story with nice characterization and interesting twists. Very distracting narration though with most of the male characters performed in gristly, rumbling, pirate voices. Why? Needs more variety. Females all sound simpering. Strange gender splits in the narration.

Threefer!
Three early unabridged Rebus books in one. They were a little uneven in quality, but it's treat for fans.

way to long
this book was free for a honest review and unbiased option from the publisher, narrator or author via audio book boom did not hold my attention way to long and drawn out. narrator was not that good, I will try another book

Narrator wrong fit
The stories are good. I bought this because I love a series and 3 for 1 was hard to pass up. The narrator makes the characters much more pompous and unlikable than is called for. All. The. Characters. Won’t be getting any more from this series because he reads most the others. Too bad.
