    Captain Sepulveda shares how he prepared for the biggest fire he's been involved in while his wife and children were home not knowing if they would need to evacuate or not. In addition, he shared what it was like being a Captain with four firefighters under his supervision, saving elderly folks from a burning building, trying to save several houses on a street block with only one fire truck, and much more. Also, he discussed the debrief that was conducted with Pasadena Fire Department's contracted clinicians and the benefits of it being conducted in a group setting.

    Tony medically retired as an Operations Battalion Chief from the City of Daly City in Northern California after 35 years of service after getting hired at 22 years of age! Tony never unpacked his backpack and attended therapy throughout the course of his career. While preparing for retirement, Tony sustained an injury and was medically retired. On his retirement date, his world came crashing down and all shit hit the fan.

    Tony was able to get connected to Tiffany through T.O.C. quickly, smoothly, and confidentially through our trusted process. Tiffany breaks down her experience and competency with our First Responder community and the importance of the T.O.C. process to be a solid resource for our community.
