  • The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located on the West Coast while Jesse and Mike are located on the East Coast.

    T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.

    T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 2/16/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 260 people in our community to attend 2,663 therapy sessions spending $275,036.00 since August of 2022!

    A huge thank you to Captain Sepulveda with the Pasadena Fire Department for joining T.O.C.'s podcast to share his accounts of the Eaton fire in Southern California.

    Captain Sepulveda shares how he prepared for the biggest fire he's been involved in while his wife and children were home not knowing if they would need to evacuate or not. In addition, he shared what it was like being a Captain with four firefighters under his supervision, saving elderly folks from a burning building, trying to save several houses on a street block with only one fire truck, and much more. Also, he discussed the debrief that was conducted with Pasadena Fire Department's contracted clinicians and the benefits of it being conducted in a group setting.

    Thank you to Bee Galindo for joining T.O.C.'s Podcast to discuss her 35+ year career as a paramedic, the stressful process of her worker's comp claim, and advice for our first responder community.

    Listen in as Bee shared the stigma of mental health from the beginning of her career to where we are today as a community. Like most, Bee was a master at hiding her true feelings and wearing a "mask". That masks was worn well until she was seen by a coworker crying in her vehicle before a call for service.

    Bee has been a T.O.C. Buddy for well over a year now and has been contacted by several people amongst our community to have a chat with her as a complete stranger, which is the beauty of our Buddy Program.
