2025 is going to be the year of the personal brand.

In order to compete with AI, content creators, coaches, consultants and really anyone in the online marketing space will need to stand out from the deafening echo chamber of sameness by sharing their unique one-of-one personality traits.

So as we're coming off the Winter solstice and the darkest time of the year, I am working on integrating some Shadow Work into my personal brand for the coming year.

What is Shadow work? How can we harness the power of a "shadow self" as a means of going deeper, and clarifying who we are and how we want to show up in our business in the coming year?

If you're curious, this episode is one part mindset and thinking strategically about how to incorporate more truth into a personal brand and it's also one part, just personal growth and development and getting more honest with yourself about what’s real for you.
