About this listen

Richard knew that there would be no help coming. It was all up to him to stop the threat or Kahlan would die.

They all would die.

Nine companions - Richard, Kahlan, the witch woman Shale and six Mord-Sith, Rikka, Vale, Cassia, Nyda, Berdine, and Vika - are hunting a warlock in the waterlogged depths of the People's Palace. It will take all their skills to close on their quarry, but do any of them understand the true power of a Witch's Oath?

Witch's Oath is the fourth episode in Terry Goodkind's new serial novel, The Children of D'Hara. Told in irresistibly intense installments, this is the story of a world confronted by an apocalyptic nightmare.

Excellent!

Another excellent novella in this series! I adore getting to spend time with Richard and Kahlan again. The action in this one kept me riveted too!

The narration was excellent, clear and easy to understand at all times, even in a noisy environment.

Great story less than average naration

The Sword of Truth series was great in story and narration makes me want to turn this book back in. Terry this narrator does your story no justice. Sorry but thats my opinion and this is from a person that has them all in hard back until losing my sight in 2007.

Mr Goodkind's 2nd best storylines. Very well done

we need Sam Tsoutsouvas back. I loved both of Wizards First Rule by Dick Hill. whenever Sam or Dick would reading a Richard part or Zed part or Kahlan part you knew exactly which character was talking. More so with Dick Hill IMO. This narrator is very good but I came in when Dick Hill was narrating and then it changed by BOOK 4. This narrator pronounced main characters differently and major Provinces. Then by book 10 I believe Sam Tsoutsouvas did the rest. (of the Richard and Kahlan novels anyway.) This particular story line i hope continues.I know the a few more parts of this to come. I just hope Mr. Goodkind doesn't do too many more "present day" era books. Please give us more. Does Kara have any stories after meeting Richard? enough for a book? and **SPOILER ALERT". Mr. Goodkind, you took Zed away in a very poorly done way. Next to Richard, Zed was the most powerful wizard in your books. He was arguably the 3rd most loved character in the series. You have him killed off screen by a one book character? a nobody whitch? He and we deserved better. give him a new book to fix that kick in the balls send-off to one of your most beloved character.

Short and sweet

Some of the Sword of Truth books really dragged on with not much happening. With the Children of D'Hara that has changed quite a bit. It is fast paced and pack a lot of story in a short book. Looking forward to the next one.

Another fantastic tale.

The story line keeps me saying just one more chapter when I should really be doing something else.
