This is a helpful bundle of books. The first book "NLP" will help you to get rid of stress, anxiety, and depression, and to get success in your life.

I was hoping for more…
I’m a 51 year old Yaya that has lived a charmed life. Unfortunately I’ve managed to pile on the pounds while doing so. I work my farm daily so moving is not the only issue. I was hoping that there would be more about actually taking off the weight in the second book for women. But it was the same thing you read on the covers of magazines as you’re staying in line at the grocery stores. However the first book did have some helpful tips that I have already included in my daily routine and it seams to be helping with the late night snacking. I plan on listening to the first book again and maybe taking some notes this time. There was good stuff in the first book.

This is cool and you should try it too.
Very impressive. I just grasp the idea of what NLP is through this book and it does a great job in explaining what NLP is, how it works, and why you should use NLP for weight loss. And with the help of Weight Loss Motivation for Women, I was able to maximize the fast reprogramming of the mind. This is cool and you should try it too.
