Great book on his journey
I don't read a lot of self help/biography books but this one was pretty good. It was down the earth and had me smiling and laughing.

An inspirational story by a tremendous role model
Michael Strahan has been an unbelievable football player for the New York Giants. But it's his story from beyond the gridiron I found truly inspirational. It's not just your basic motivational audio book. He gives insightful, entertaining, and humorous perspective on how positive thinking has helped him become who he is and how it can make each of us a better person and reach one's goals. The delivery of his audio book sounds like he's right there with you and you can almost see his facial expressions. I enjoyed Strahan's "Wake Up Happy" audio book and highly recommend it.
