The secret to my happiness
I bought this book as paperback and enjoyed it so much I wanted to read it again. It empowers me in so many different ways and makes me feel so uplifted I enjoyed every single page of it.. I was so glad to find out there’s an audible version of it so I had to get it! It goes everywhere with me as I can listen to it anytime on my phone it gives me so much good energy and positive thinking throughout the day when I need some extra motivation. Can’t recommend this book enough, I am so glad I found it!

One of the best books in positive thinking.
I feel like this book was written for me. I love how examples are given, so if I was unsure how to apply the technique by the direction given. I have realistic examples that relate to my experiences. Overall the book is practical and fun to listen to, so I highly recommend if you want to change your life for better. Great find!

This is the one you need - A very powerful book.
Sofia Fletcher did an amazing job. I listen to this book on my lunchtime walks. My favourite is "Positive Thinking as a Lifestyle" this little chapter can guide you and might be just the thing you need to hear.
