About this listen

Becca has always known something is off about that room.

The one at the top of the stairs. The one CB stayed in.

Yes, a terrible tragedy occurred within those walls, but there is more to it than that.

She had heard rumors about it, as well. Rumors about something happening to anyone who stays there for long periods of time.

For over a year now, she had dismissed them as exactly that—rumors.

But now, Mia is the one living in it. And Becca doesn't like the changes she is seeing in her… at all.

This book ends on a cliffhanger, which is resolved in book eight, The Search. This series is best enjoyed in order.

The room at the top of the stairs

I was really looking forward to this book. However, it ended up being nothing but filler. Now we have to wait another six months to a year for another book to come out. Not sure I’m going to keep on with the series.

Fantastic

I love these books so much and can’t devour them fast enough! January LaVoy has also become my favorite narrator. She’s so great at distinguishing voices in a subtle way and her voice is calm without lulling you to sleep. Listening to this series is my favorite!

Good story...frustrating characters!

I got pulled into the Secrets of Redemption series and have overall enjoyed all of them. I will admit I spend some time talking back to my speaker as I'm listening to the story, saying things like,"Drink the d#*$ tea, Becca!", or, "For crying out loud, just talk to Daniel!". Becca seems too smart to act so dumb at times. I like Daniel and wish he played a bigger part. He brings the calm and sense when Becca is lacking, which seems to happen a lot. Still, the characters and storyline have drawn me in and I'm curious where this is all leading.

Love it!!

Can’t wait for the next book. Omg!! Becca drives me crazy with her”I don’t understand”. She is so clueless sometimes and I don’t understand why she keeps secrets instead of sharing it with her friends. The narrator she is great. Hurry with the next book please.
I wonder if Daniel and Becca will get back together but I feel like they should stay as friends and Mia she has been a bit mean to poor Becca.
