Soothing meditations...

I order a lot meditation books from this company and received an offer to get this book for free if I write a review within 7 days. Since I would have probably bought this book anyway, I jumped on the offer. I really like the meditations. The narrator on the other hand is odd. She has a very soothing voice but, to me, comes across as synthetic, like the meditations are being read by Siri or Alexa. Doesn't really diminish the effectiveness of the meditations, just something that pulls my attention away from concentrating occasionally. I've been listening to the meditations for about a week now at the writing of this review and my husband and I had meaningful, heartfelt conversation last night. I'd like to think it was something this book contributed to so will continue to use the meditations in this book as a part of my regular routine.
