Perfect for busy days

Easy to follow and practice along with

The meditations are the perfect length to practice each morning before beginning my day. I find other meditations to be a bit overwhelming but these are managable. I look foward to my moment of mindfulness every day with these.

Great daily check in with yourself

Loved these meditations

These meditations are wonderful. There is a good variety of background music and the narrator's voice helps you drop in to the present moment. Really great resource for mindfulness beginners
