This book is a the key for a better life and succeeding
I listened to this book for a month while doing the chores and definitely it truly made believe in myself and what I can achieve. Before this book, I didn’t have a strong steadiness in the journey I decided to take. I was afraid of not reaching my dreams and also very fragile to people’s negative opinions.
I was slacking off on my goals for the day, not being as productive as I wanted and complaining about not having enough time in the day, until I listened to this audible and followed everything Ian Tuhovsky said step by step.
Now I’m practicing in controlling my emotions, increasing my will power and mental toughness.
I highly recommend this book to succeed in anything you want. This audiobook will be my go back reminder when things are not on point.

Well explained book if you are really on the path of discipline yourself!!
Thanks a lot for your writing. Being a life coach it’s important to see if we are on the right path or not. And this book has explained all the detailed needed in life. I’m very spiritual person and I use this book as spiritual guide.
