Amazing insights in the Book

The author really has put some serious study into how we are our own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss. Being a guy, I particularly like the sports analogies, though they are presented in such a way that anyone will benefit, even the non-sports minded folks. This book really helped me focus on what is important in my life and has set me on a path to being the best me I can be.

amazing book!

its solves a lot of my problems why I'm not losing weight . its perfect! I even took notes to reminded myself what he said and did all the activities he asked me to do. it made me realized a lot of my problems . this book turned my life around to a better lifestyle :) I believe in myself ! go me! :)

Excellent ideas are provided in this book for any issues you may be trying to solve, not just weight. This book helps to focus on what is important in life and has set readers on a path to being the best they can be. Very motivational!

Wow! This is so much more than a fitness or weight-loss book. I found myself rewinding a lot so that I could jot down notes that I wanted to remember. One of my favorites. "You get what you tolerate. In your career. In your relationships. In your health."
