Publisher's summary

The unabridged digital audio edition of The Last Battle, book seven in the classic fantasy series, The Chronicles of Narnia, narrated by acclaimed actor Patrick Stewart.

Narnia . . . where lies breed fear . . . where loyalty is tested . . . where all hope seems lost

During the last days of Narnia, the land faces its fiercest challenge—not an invader from without but an enemy from within. Lies and treachery have taken root, and only the king and a small band of loyal followers can prevent the destruction of all they hold dear in this, the magnificent ending to The Chronicles of Narnia.

The Last Battle is the seventh and final book in C.S. Lewis’s The Chronicles of Narnia, a series that has become part of the canon of classic literature, drawing readers of all ages into a magical land with unforgettable characters for over fifty years. This is a stand-alone novel, but if you want to relive the adventures and find out how it began, pick up The Magician’s Nephew, the first book in The Chronicles of Narnia.

Don't miss any of the books in C.S. Lewis' classic Chronicles of Narnia series.

Beautiful

Oh my goodness.... Patrick Stewart is simply magical. His voice is mellifluous and his character continuity and recognisability is superb. He is truly a gem in this world. And of course C.S. Lewis is a MASTER. His writing (combined with Patrick Stewart's acting) made me cry pretty hard in joyful anticipation of Heaven and sheer thankfulness to Jesus as the allegory shows truth of what we have now and have to look forward to. I can't wait to have feasts with Mr. Lewis!

Can't put it into words

I don't even know how to review this because I am still speechless. There are no words to describe the ending to an incredible series. Patrick Stewart's performance was incredible and I hope he narrates more books. That's literally all I can think of to say because I am simply speechless.

The Last Battle

This is a really good book. It was also sad but it ended happy. I'm very sad that the Chronicles of Narnia is over. I wish there were more books but there is a good amount. (7 books including this one) I think it would be amazing if this book could get turned into a movie. I love the fact that Patrick Stewart was the narrator! It was perfect.

Jean Luc Picard reads this story.

Patrick Stewart should have read the entire series. I loved his ability to bring this story alive. This was a great conclusion for the story and had a perfect explanation of the unpardonable sin.
