Preserve The Bounty of the Garden Indeed!

Really makes a person interested in preserving your food. Step by step pressure canning instructions that removed my hesitance for safety. Did not realize that high acid foods last longer. Dehydrated fruits can stay fresh for 1 year is pretty impressive. Fermentation was explained better than I have ever heard. Convenience in freezing made it my preserving choice. Managing freezer space was news I can use. The science behine freeze drying was emphasized. Head space details critical to the role was educational. FIFO strategy is genius. Lots of benefits about using preserved meals that you won't know without this book!
