Don’t judge this book by it’s cover alone.
This is an awesome book! So much more than just fat loss. I have read several books on changing habit, and this is by far one of the best.
So much great information and inspiration !

Extremely Inspiring / No Nonsense
The narrator reads with the spirit of the author’s words. You feel he believes in the author’s words. And the author, though his written words he speaks as though he believes in you.
And he does believe, which is why he wrote this book. More importantly, if you want to believe in you like never before, STOP READING AND GET THE BOOK!
