My son got a lot out of it
My son is in the last year of school exams and already he's panicking. He wants to go to a particular university but they want high grades and he doesn't think he'll get them, causing stress. This book has really helped to calm him down so he can see his predicament rationally and not from a panicked viewpoint. Lots of tips and tricks for him (and us parents) to follow. Thoroughly recommend.

Great tools for teens and handling stress
This was a well thought through audiobook that had tonnes of great advice for teens and how to manage their stress. Our son wanted something to help him during highschool as he was starting to feel the strain between school and home life. He has found this audible extremely useful, the tools are easy to implement and his stand out chapter was about setting healthy boundaries with parents! He has grown as an individual since listening and implementing the tools from this!

Very practical!
I have a teenage daughter and after listening to this audiobook I realized that stress is very real for teenagers. I thought that just talking to my daughter and telling her that she doesn’t have anything to worry about was enough to calm her down, but now I see that I need to help her learn some techniques to diminish her stress. I like that this audiobook is very practical, and I absolutely love the section “Now is your turn” because is a good way to practice what is mentioned in the chapter. Also, the chapter dedicated to parents is very good because it offers advice about how to help your teenager manage stressful situations. I recommend this audiobook for parents of teenagers. Even if you think that your teen is not stressed out, you will find very useful tips.
