Missing the PDF that is referenced throughout the audiobook
I'm several chapters into the book. the audio book refers to tables and other material that is supposed to be in the book, but there is no accompanying PDF. Audible's support says there isn't one. Thats confusing since the narrator refers to it and the tables graphs. Without the PDF, this book is less useful.
