I do not recommend this book

This author repeats herself through out the entire book. And also gives inaccurate information. In one spot she says to stay away from onions and legumes but then some of her low FODMAP recipes contain onions and legumes.

Jessica Andrews is horrible.

she pronounced so many words wrong we made a drinking game of it. In 3 hours we caught 11. Also, where are the Pdfs of the recipes? This format is impossible to use as a cookbook if the recipes just ramble on under one chapter with no defining headlines or searchable content. I will specifically advise others to pass on this waste of money.
