Lots of info on the Low Fodmap diet and recipes
Would you consider the audio edition of The Leaky Gut Diet: The FODMAP Diet Made Easy - Simple Solutions for IBS and Bowel Disorders to be better than the print version?
Fantastic book for anyone who is dealing with IBS and needs to educate themselves. Clear understanding of diet and issues that go hand in hand with it.

Excellent recipes with guidelines
Where does The Leaky Gut Diet: The FODMAP Diet Made Easy - Simple Solutions for IBS and Bowel Disorders rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I learned so much from this book about the FODMAP diet. Ellis Power is well done & there is excellent information about IBS & how his diet can help. The recipes are provided greatly and clear narration of Alex Lancer makes them even easier to cook.

good book to purchase but not to listen to
The performance is great to listen to, and the information from the book is good but half of the book are recipes that are being read to you which makes no sense. I would suggest that you purchase the book and have it on your shelf.
