A great book to listen to.
The Black Book of Persuasion is definitely and excellent tool to understand and learn how to manage, convince and lead people. I had the opportunity of both reading and listening to it and, in my opinion, by doing so you get the insight of it all. I really recommend it as a both an academic source of knowledge and also for personal benefit.

Teach and no preach advise
This is a book providing specific to the point techniques for achieving mastery on persuasion. This is not a hollow book filled with common places and popular ideas but teaching clear guidance on 23 techniques that are learnable and useful in daily life from school to business.

A must in any library!
The whole book is great. It has some imaginative stories, such as one about Saint Germain and another about Winston Churchill, that serve as perfect illustrations. The laws are very well described, and I think they are well supported by scientific research, but explained in a way that makes them understandable. As an anthropologist, I can tell you that much of this information is known to us, but in a rather cryptic way. The language that Alex Llantada uses is very easy to understand, so the written version of this book is a must-read for my students. I have read so many things on persuasion, but this one is my favorite, which is why I bought it in the audible version, and I am very satisfied with the clear voice of the narrator. I definitely recommend it.
