Only a few privileged people knew them formally to dominate the will of others; now you also have the power in your hands.

A great book to listen to.

The Black Book of Persuasion is definitely and excellent tool to understand and learn how to manage, convince and lead people. I had the opportunity of both reading and listening to it and, in my opinion, by doing so you get the insight of it all. I really recommend it as a both an academic source of knowledge and also for personal benefit.
