I practice a lot of these strategies in my everyday life. As a Real estate professional, I always showed clients homes that I would like to live in and in many cases that worked well for me but for the few that could not afford my standard of living well it cause that client to feel inadequate which was not my intention. Now, I put myself in the prospect shoes and things have improved greatly!! Thank you Mr. Schwartz for writing this easy to digest book where one can easily apply the techniques to their everyday life experience.
