A must read!
I absolutely loved reading this book and, when it came out on audio, enjoyed listening to Dr. Estima’s calming and comforting voice while on walks of at the gym! I’ve learned SO MUCH from her, and I am enjoying the ride toward a healthier and happier me with the other Bettys!!!

I love Stephanie’s authentic tone and specific information for women.
I love Stephanie’s conversational style and that she didn’t edit out the slight mistakes when she was speaking. The book felt like a conversation with a close girlfriend with a plethora of really useful information.
I consider myself well informed in the realm of health and nutrition and was excited to hear the scientific findings to back up Dr.Estima’s claims. Intuitively, everything Stephanie spoke on feels natural for my personal progression into perimenopause. I’m excited to enter this phase with ease and grace. I look forward to shifting some of my habits and trying her diet. Thank you Dr. Estima ❤️

Useful information for women of any age especially in their 40s
Overall I liked this book but didn’t care for the cutesy delivery - but that is just her style I guess and you can’t please everyone with style. The book cut out in parts or started midsentence which makes me wonder how much information I am missing and I have listened to it twice now. But otherwise it is a good one stop shop book for women in their 40s and 50s and beyond to keep track of what matters most when tending to our health.
