Rich in Applicable Content and Information
Fantastic book with great exercises offered to help with understanding how to apply practices to your own life, professionally, personally, and situationally. The narrating was OK. Having learned of this book in Max Lugavere’s podcast The Genius Life, I was able to hear Julie Digangi talk about the book and would’ve much preferred to hear her narrate. I think it would’ve felt more natural and personal. The narrating felt a little stale at times but, beyond that, the information itself is truly valuable. I’ll be buying the book to highlight away and refer back to for refreshers when needed.

An empowering approach to emotions
As a mindbody chronic pain recovery coach I work with my clients on the relationship between their mind and body, brain and nervous system in helping them relate differently to their aversive physical and mental experiences.
This book is offers a straightforward and empowering guide for individual healing and wellbeing.
I would have loved to see how this can be used in a more structural way but maybe that will be book 2.

This is THE most emotionally intelligent piece of literature I’ve ever read.
I cannot say enough positive things about this book and its insights. In a word, it’s brilliant!! I was engulfed by its message and the clear, poignant, practical, engaging, thought-provoking (and funny!) way the author draws in her audience. I’ve recommended it to at least a dozen people so far and will continue to do so. This message and understanding of how our brains, emotions and energy all work together needs to be spread far and wide…it’s the change agent that so many people are READY to hear, understand and act upon. If you’re looking for a thought-provoking new paradigm of how to understand yourself, your power and what’s possible in terms of how you relate and connect with others, please check this out.
