Useful Information to Ease Gut Discomfort
Before listening to this book, I didn't know what to make of my digestive issues. Now I have some answers. The information on menopause and mental health was useful. Anti-inflammatory, fibrous, and probiotics are key to supporting both. I plan to follow the author's advice to add more flaxseeds, walnuts, phytoestrogens, and different lactobacillus strains to my diet to ease the cramping and bloating I experience. I also appreciate the holistic strategy of getting support from qualified health providers, getting quality sleep, and moving your body.

A great tool for resolving digestive issues

Helping my IBS symptoms
I started having IBS in the Army, and it has stuck with me all these years. This year's resolution is to find a way to tame the symptoms, and I came across this audiobook. The book is well written and researched. I enjoyed the narrator as well. I found some really great strategies and recipies to combat my IBS. The book delves into the job of the gut and why keeping it healthy is important well beyond what I had expected. I would recommend this one for anyone with gut issues; I feel so much better already, and I cannot wait to see where I am in a few months' time.
