Get rid of chronic inflammation

Chronic inflammation is often a byproduct of chronic stress. This great audiobook helps you reverse this condition and improve overall health. It's well written and researched. The narration is smooth and easy to listen to.

My favorite sections are on foods that fight inflammation. People really don't grasp how many things the right diet can help you with.

I love this comprehensive and practical guide for improving your health!

I have read many articles on this topic. Dr. Tidwell has compiled that information and much more in her highly readable text. Each of the seven secrets, from stress to supplements, offers well researched guidelines on how and why to make life changes to reduce inflammation, especially targeting the gut microbiome.
The research cited to support each area is thorough without being too complicated or using incomprehensible jargon. The light hearted approach to such a serious subject feels like the author is giving each reader personal support.
As someone who has always thought my daily nightcap falls within accepted health guidelines, I’m having to consider whether my skin problems and digestive issues might not be worsened by this habit. Not to mention the effects of sweets I rationalize as “not that bad.”
This book explains the serious consequences of not facing how our habits may be affecting us. Whether you want to revamp your whole lifestyle or just dip your toe in the water of better health, this book gives you the reason, tools, guidance and motivation to do it.
