thought provoking and useful

this is a timeless book on the art of persuasion and story telling but applied to the digital age. I wasn't expecting to learn so much about human psychology. this book has come in useful time and time again both in helping me make my business more successful, generating exposure for my personal brand, and navigating the rocky world of online communication and public relations that we all face in the crazy new world of social media.
