Hack Away, Manage Time Today
I struggle with time management, I admit. However, the author gives 5 time management hacks that I plan to implement in my daily routine right away. These include prioritization, planning, having a focused environment, technological tools, and work/life balance. Effective time management is key if you plan to achieve certain goals, whether it is money, work, learning, or building relationships with others. Excellent resource for basic time management strategies
This book does a good job of thoroughly laying out some basic time management strategies. I will say that if you've already put a decent amount of effort into optimizing workflows and figuring out how to best spend your time, the information in this book may feel too basic and not particularly helpful. However, if you're just diving into this world, I believe this is an excellent resource to help you get started—which is why I'm giving this five stars.
I particularly appreciated that the book highlighted the importance of optimizing your health—including sleep, diet, and energy. While it couldn't go in depth on these topics (which wouldn't be expected for this type of book), it does give some helpful tips for getting started in these areas as well.
