Publisher's summary

Life is full of surprises...even when you’re already dead.

Sterling has his hands full balancing the attentions of an ancient Norse deity, a knife-wielding Knight of the Flowers, and a sleazy vampire sycophant. And those are just his buddies.

But something is amiss in sleepy Silveropolis. More human hunters are appearing, intent on attacking not only Sterling, but the rest of the supernatural population as well. Stranger still is the sudden disappearance of the moon. With the local werewolf pack weakened and the mountains swarming with hunters, Sterling and his friends have their work cut out for them. Except there’s another tiny problem.

The Scepter of the vampire court of California is in town. And she is pissed.

Fantastic

I love Nick Podehl. His “female “ voice is unmatched. The perfect end to Sterling’s story. True to Nazri’s style you get action laughs and a fantastic story all the way to the end.

Great Trilogy!

Nazri has done it again in the final installment of Sterling's series. You can read the series as a stand alone or read about the boneyard in Nazri's Darkling Mage series. If you enjoyed the huge cast of characters you will definitely enjoy the rest of his series in the same world. I love how Nazri brings in additional godly pantheons that you do not typically hear about in Urban Fantasy such as the Japanese pantheon.

Nick Podehl did a great job bring Sterling and gang to life. I thoroughly enjoyed his narration.

Narration!

Wow, is there anyone who comes close to Nick Podehl?

His voices for these characters are truly amazing.

What more can go wrong?

I love Sterling! This book finishes the Silveropolis trilogy. In this installment, the Order of the Perpetual Sun is at it again trying to wipe out all supernaturals. The Sceptre of the California Vampire Court has shown up, dredging up horrible memories for Sterling and causing trouble for our faithful crew. Olivia Everett is back and up to her evil ways. The moon is missing from the sky. What more trouble might befell our crew? That is the question! Amongst all the drama, Sterling and Roth find their HEA. I want to see what happens to Gill and Asher in the future. I am very sorry to see this series end but I know Nazri has lots more adventure in store for us.

Nick Podehl did his usual amazing job with the narration. I love his voicing of Sterling and I love, love, love Vilmas! Thank you to Nazri and Nick for a great adventure!!

Sterling is no glitter vamp

I missed Sterling's sarcasticness so much that when I heard it, I laughed so hard, I spit my water. He's the king of sarcasm and improv, which is what we love about him. After all, how many times can a vamp be "sun burned" and still live to tell the tale? Roth was so sweet and Toby was hilarious. Nazri did a great job, as always, with this one. Another winner!
