Worth every penny!
I always tried to read a audiobook on this topic. But they are always too long, so it is really easy to procrastinate listening them. But this audiobook is very different. Very concise, very to the point, and gets to the root of the problem as quickly as possible. You can learn a lot in a very short time from this audiobook. It was a pretty easy listen. The audiobook also has steps on dealing with others that procrastinate like co-workers and business partners. As I got farther into audiobook I recognized that I have been using some of the techniques they had recommended to accomplish my daily exercise goal.
