Sleep tight!
efficient for anyone battling to find calm in the midst of the stress of contemporary life. I was dubious because I've struggled with insomnia, but this audiobook really lives up to expectations. The calming sounds of nature and meditative music offer a mild yet effective treatment for insomnia. After listening for a short while, I saw that I was losing the tension and anxieties of the day and falling into a deep, restorative sleep.
