Great Book About Setting Goals!
This is a powerful book that will help guide you to not just setting your goals but also achieving them. What stood out to me the most was the part about eliminating negative thinking. This is such an important point! Negative thoughts will bring you down and cause you to not believe in yourself. As the author mentions, you must influence yourself first. Confidence and your own self-esteem will determine the goals you set and set you off on your path toward success.
Overall this book is brilliant and beneficial for everyone!

Inspirationally Motivational Listen
I am inspired by this audiobook!! After hearing this audio, I feel more motivated than ever to begin implementing some of the suggestions it contains. Your outlook on life will shift as a result of hearing this! This book is short, but it packs a tremendous amount of inspiration! It is delivered at the ideal speed for maximum comprehension. When it comes to achieving success, the secret is to keep setting new, more manageable goals for oneself, and then to continue making progress toward those goals. Helps you stick to your targets
This book helps you create goals that are right for you and then gives techniques that actually help you stick to the behaviors that will help you reach your goals. Most goal-setting books tall you how to set goals but not how to actually stick to the behaviors you need through thick and thin. It's one thing to say you are going to do something when you are motivated but what about when things get tough? This book helps with the difficult part of goal setting,

Loved it!
At 35, I decided to change my life, completely. Job, country, I needed a fresh start.
At first I felt overwhelmed, the road was long and unknown, but staying still was no longer an option.
Today, after a few years my life has changed, for the better, but the road continues to be long and in many ways unknown. When embarking on a path of personal growth, whether greater or lesser, one must accept uncertainty as a constant element in one's life. They're books like these that make a difference, that help us focus our attention only on the next goal, the next little action to be taken. I read books like this all the time, by more or less well-known authors, and this is an excellent book that I would recommend to both those who are beginning or already on the path.
